(with Dr. Jinit Sanjiv Desai MD MPH)

Coming in October. Jinit Sanjiv Desai, MD, MPH is a psychiatrist, public health scholar, Fulbright alumnus, and Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at UCLA and fellowship at Stanford Medicine. He sees his patients through a public health lens, and that changes everything about how he practices. We're sitting down with him to talk about the MD/MPH bridge, medicine as a social science, the intersection of psychiatry and public health, stemming the global epidemic of loneliness, AI in mental healthcare, global health, what it looks like to build a fulfilling medical career without walls, and more.
